Shipping

We provide discreet international shipping for research-grade peptide products. All packages use unbranded outer packaging. Shipping timeframes vary according to the destination country and local customs-clearance procedures. Customs inspections may cause delivery delays that are outside our control.

Damaged / Lost Package

If a package is shown as lost or arrives damaged, customers need to provide photos and tracking evidence to launch a logistics investigation. We will cooperate with the logistics carrier during the claims process.

Refund

Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All goods are lyophilized research-grade peptide powder. Once goods have been dispatched, returns are not accepted due to the special cold-chain material properties.

For quality-related complaints, a batch HPLC-MS test document will be required for review.
